Common questions

How do I cancel my Edge Pro subscription?

Open the iOS Settings app → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → EdgeNode → Cancel Subscription. Apple handles all subscription billing; we don't store your payment information.

Why isn't EdgeNode reading my heart rate?

Open iOS Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → EdgeNode → make sure both Heart Rate and Heart Rate Variability are toggled on. If it still doesn't update, force-quit and relaunch EdgeNode. Live readings require an Apple Watch paired to your iPhone.

This was a known issue in build 1 (1) and earlier. Update to build 1 (3) or later via TestFlight. If you're still seeing it on a later build, please email us with the build number (Settings → About in EdgeNode).

The paywall says "Plans Unavailable."

Apple's StoreKit sandbox can take up to 24 hours to vend new subscriptions on a fresh TestFlight install. Try restarting your device and reopening the app the next day. If it persists past 24 hours, email us.

How do I delete my account?

Email empire@tan.wiki with the subject "Delete my account" from the email associated with your Sign in with Apple session. We'll confirm receipt and delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.

Does EdgeNode execute trades or move money?

No. EdgeNode is a personal analytics tool. It reads your biometric state and lets you log trades manually. It does not connect to brokerages, execute orders, or move funds. All trading decisions are your own.

Do I need an Apple Watch?

No, but the experience is much better with one. Without a Watch, you can still log trades and review session history; you just won't get live biometric state classification.
