By using EdgeNode, you accept these terms. They cover what the app does, what it doesn't do, and the limits of our responsibility.

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using EdgeNode (the "app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. What EdgeNode Is

EdgeNode is a personal analytics tool that reads heart rate and HRV data from Apple HealthKit (with your permission), classifies your biometric state, and lets you log trades to correlate state with self-reported P&L.

3. What EdgeNode Is Not

EdgeNode is not investment advice. It does not recommend trades, predict markets, or guarantee outcomes.
EdgeNode is not a regulated financial product. It does not connect to brokerages, execute orders, or move funds.
EdgeNode is not a medical device. Biometric readings should not be used for medical diagnosis, monitoring, or treatment.

4. Subscriptions

Edge Pro subscriptions are sold via Apple's App Store. Pricing is shown in the app at the time of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings (iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions).

Refunds are handled by Apple. We cannot issue refunds directly.

5. Acceptable Use

You will not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the app.
You will not use the app for any unlawful purpose.
You will not attempt to bypass payment, restore purchases without entitlement, or share your account.

6. Limitation of Liability

EdgeNode is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, biometric readings being inaccurate, or any consequential damages arising from use of the app. Your trading decisions are your own responsibility.

7. Intellectual Property

EdgeNode, including its name, logo, design, and code, is owned by us. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app for your own non-commercial purposes.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to EdgeNode at any time for violations of these terms. You may stop using the app at any time and delete your account by contacting us.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app or via email if you've signed in. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
