Common questions
How do I cancel my Peak Pro subscription?
Open the iOS Settings app → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → Peak → Cancel Subscription. Apple handles all subscription billing; we don't store your payment information.
Why aren't my notifications showing up?
Open iOS Settings → Notifications → Peak → make sure Allow Notifications is on, and check that the daily reminder time set in Profile is in the future. Peak schedules one local notification per day at the time you choose.
Sign in with Apple isn't advancing past the welcome screen.
Force-quit Peak and re-launch. If the issue persists, sign out (Profile → Sign out) and sign back in. If it still doesn't work, email us with the build number (Profile → About).
The paywall says "Plans Unavailable" or shows a spinner forever.
Apple's StoreKit can take up to 24 hours to vend new subscriptions on a fresh install. Try restarting your device and reopening the app the next day. If it persists past 24 hours, email us.
How do I delete my account?
Email empire@tan.wiki with the subject "Delete my account" from the email associated with your Sign in with Apple session. We'll confirm receipt and delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.
Is my check-in data sent to a server?
No. Daily check-ins, streaks, and goals are stored locally on your device using iOS UserDefaults. They are not transmitted off your device. Removing the app or signing out clears this data.
Does Peak work without signing in?
Yes — tap "Continue without signing in" on the welcome screen to use a guest account. Your data stays on your device. To preserve your data across devices in the future, sign in with Apple.
